Please allow 12-15 business days (M-F) for shipping. You will receive a tracking number via email when your order ships. All melts and candles are handpoured. Free Shipping on orders of $65 or More!

International Shipping:
International shipping is based on weight we do Not include duties or taxes (customer is responsible for all applicable duties and taxes). We also ship to US forwarding addresses.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Front Porch Candle Co. is not responsible for any misuse, accidents, or adverse reactions that may occur with use of our products. We are not responsible for accidents or incidents associated with the use of our products.

All products-

Returns and Fragrance Related Issues- The majority of our items are custom made per order (Candles, Tarts, Bath & Body, all handmade products, etc.). ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not allow changes once you placed your order. We do not offer returns or exchange of merchandise. All of our items are packaged securely upon leaving our facility. If a glass candle or item is damaged, usps.com does insure for up to $50.00. To file a claim visit this link https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm#filing. We do not offer returns on the reason that you do not like the certain fragrance you ordered. Please test scents in small quantities first before purchasing in large amounts.

We do not offer returns for scents that you feel are not strong enough or scents that you feel that were stronger when you purchased them before. Many variables can play into this including type of warmer, air flow, etc.
